QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Can you work nights and weekends in an occupied plaza?
Yes. Most of our retail and restaurant work happens outside business hours specifically so neighboring tenants are not disrupted.
Do you carry general liability and workers' comp?
Yes, and we send certificates to the property manager or GC before we mobilize. Ask and we will name the additional insured.
Can you demolish only part of a building?
That is selective demolition, and it is a large part of what we do — see our selective demolition page for load-bearing and phased work.
Do you handle the dumpsters and disposal?
Yes. Containers, hauling and disposal tickets are part of the contract price unless you want to supply your own.
