Land Clearing & Site Prep in Port St. Lucie, FL
Trees, brush, palmetto, stumps and debris cleared and hauled — lots left graded and build-ready.
Much of the Treasure Coast building stock sits on lots that were platted decades ago and have been growing Brazilian pepper, palmetto and slash pine ever since. Clearing one of those lots properly means removing the vegetation and the root mass, not just cutting it to the ground.
We clear residential lots, acreage and commercial parcels across Port St. Lucie, Palm City, Fort Pierce and Sebastian. That includes selective clearing where specified trees stay, which matters on lots with protected species or municipal tree ordinances.
Every lot we clear leaves rough graded and drainable. Standing water on a freshly cleared Florida lot is usually a grading problem, and it is far cheaper to fix while the machine is still on site.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Do I need a permit to clear my lot?
It depends on the municipality, the parcel size and whether protected trees are present. We flag the requirement during the site walk.
Can you leave certain trees?
Yes — selective clearing is common here, especially on larger Palm City and Sebastian parcels.
Do you grind the stumps or pull them?
Both, depending on what comes next. Building over the footprint means pulling the root ball; yard space can be ground.
What happens to the vegetation?
Chipped on site where the municipality allows it, otherwise hauled to a licensed vegetative debris facility.
